Genesis chapter 14. The wars between the Five Kings and the Four Kings. The Four Kings defeat the Five Kings and take Lot as a prisoner. Abram goes to war against the Four Kings and defeats them as well as freeing Lot. Abram is blessed by Melchi-Tzedek and refuses to take anything from the king of Sodom.

Genesis chapter 13. Abram returns to the Land of Canaan. Lot joins Abraham and they decide to part ways. Lot settles in Sodom, but the Sodomites are evil and sinful people. God's spirit returns to Abram and promises him the land of Canaan and that his descendants will be as plentiful as the dust of the Earth.
